Optimizing framework conditions
Ongoing analyses to determine the status quo regarding equal opportunities within our Group form the basis for further measures designed to improve and optimize the general framework conditions necessary for their implementation.

They include needs-oriented, flextime models with home-office solutions, marginal employment during parental leave and individual solutions when returning to work afterwards, with the objective to facilitate the compatibility of family and job on a sustained basis.

Increasing the share of women
Our clearly defined goal is to continuously raise the share of women – who to date account for one sixth of the entire staff – especially in production, mining, technical marketing and at the management levels.
