100% Inspection of each Brick
Except the ISO quality control system, we have our ANKRAL TEST SECTION to monitor each brick quality, after visual check, the bricks enters ANKRAL TEST SECTION.

There, each brick passes through ultrasonic test, laser beam measuring and X-ray test, the modulus of elasticity and the brick’s compressive strength can be calculated from the ultrasonic velocity and the bulk density of the brick.

The modulus of elasticity is used to evaluate the flexibility and thermal shock resistance of the brick.
